Dear Guest,
In order to make your stay comfortable we request you to abide by the rules and regulations of the building and not cause any disturbance to the neighbors. Only registered Guests are permitted to stay in the apartment, Whose Passport / National Identity Card copies have been provided at the time of check-in.
Extra persons are not allowed to stay in the apartment overnight.
Before leaving the apartment, please ensure that all Water Taps, Electrical-gas Appliances, Lights & Airconditioning are shut-off.
This is No Smoking apartment. Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Please use the Balcony for smoking.
Kindly do not leave Garbage outside the door. Please use the Garbage Room as designated on each floor for disposal in the appropriate disposal bags.
In case of any maintenance issues, we urge you to call us immediately at the contact numbers as given above.
Keys, Access Cards & Parking Transponder (if required) will be handed over to you at the time of Check-in.
Keys & Access Cards should be returned to our representative at the time of Check-out. Loss of these items will be charged as follows:
Keys @ AED 250.00 each (Would take 48 hours for new keys)
Access Card / Parking Transponder @AED 500.00 each. (Would take 72 hours for new access cards)
The building facilities [Gym & Swimming Pool] are free to use and you can use the Access Card to gain entry. Please note that such usage will be at your own risk and neither we nor the owners of the property are responsible for any injury, loss or damages. Please follow the building rules & regulations while using such facilities.
